Whats the best way to store an old bottle of Creme Yvette?
My boyfriend and I just got our hands on an old unopened bottle of Creme Yvette (if anyone remembers the Blue Moon cocktail?) We are wondering what is the best way to store it as we want to be able to use it...is it even safe to drink??
Please any information would be helpful.

I recommend that you hold on to it as a keepsake, typically liqueurs don't hold up as well as a straight spirit over time. So while they should be safe to drink, they just won't taste as good as they should.
Cooper Spirits should be recreating Creme Yvette in 2010, so you will be able to use it in cocktails again. I recommend contacting them to find out more about your bottle.
