Ebay seller has lied about item it is broken and not because of the post! What 2 do?
I bought a fancy clock. It wasn't like they said it was his broken, and a piece of shit / falling another. The second hand ticks just up and down and doesn't go around the clock, the clock does not toggle, etc.. I paid for the pay threw buddies. He was said to be working and no defect major. They are blaming the post office, but it was wrapped 100% nice with no damage to the box inside or outside. To break the broken glass face broke out too and its fine. So I know it was not the post office. What do I do !!??? How do I get money? Should I go throw ebay or pay pals, or both? I have all e-mails saying that the product was good and all that. Things that are false, wouldnt be caused by shipping. The seller wants me to go threw the post office to retrieve my money, but I do not think they will give to me. The box is beautiful, has been double box, bubble wraped, and had timing. I think this person is trying to screw me. I only have 5 days left b4 i cannot dispute, HELP! Ty
I would file a complaint at a time and do it immediately. also visit the post office and make them realize what is happening, so they can be a witness to the fact that it has not been damaged shippment
