36 yr old husband is a junk collector chronic and collectibles?
Were else has this problem with other key? My husband bottle / books / model car, tram, bus, etc. / side road sign / Coca Cola / etc / etc. / Collections to the point of our basement did not walk to through space more. Someone will say he is trying to make up a deficit in his life, which is good, but I wonder if anyone has experience with this and how you resolved the issue. He constantly surfing eBay to find his next treasure, ignoring his children, home, etc. In fact, he really did not have the money for this hobby of his, either. Collecting things is a great hobby. But there is a difference between occasional find on ebay, against the constant need for something new. If you can not walk in your basement, that right there is a sign that your husband is a collector. He refuses to see that all the stuff in the basement is just sitting there taking up space. It seems believe that somehow the money will just be there for his next purchase. He spends countless hours surfing the Internet while could spend this time with his family. In addition to this, he ignored your home and care should go to her. This is a much more serious problem you might think. Your husband is in denial. He refuses counseling, but he needs as soon as possible. He has an addiction. And it is not right for any reason even if he tries to make up for lost time, lost experiences, or simply have something to show others. There was an episode of Oprah a while back on hoarders ... people who collected things to the point where their homes have been a dangerously unhealthy living. I suggest you try to get them to watch these shows, and I know there are experts out there who deal with these types of people. It should be selling, buying Not on ebay. If he still refuses to help I think you have to decide what is best for your family. Now you live with a husband who blows your financial future from there.
