In the United Kingdom (where I live)
Alcohol is restricted to 18+ years of age and a licence has to be braught to distribute, however, underage drinking is very common and very easy to undertake due to fake IDs and irresponsible adults
Tobacco is also 18+ restricted and smoking in an enclosed public space is illegal, smoking is dropping in popularity
Drugs are common and avaliable in all towns and cities, (Cannabis and cocaine seem most popular) Drugs are broken down into three catagories; Class A (the most serious like cocaine and heroin) Class B ( Like amphetamine and prescription drugs) and Class C (Like cannabis)
