I'm 15 and I love my Boston Whaler. It's a 1975 15ft. Whaler Sport. My father let me use his alumnacraft last year. He gave it to my uncle's house to the north, leaving me without a boat. All my neighbors and nearly everyone in our yacht club were whalers. Ironically, our neighbors were selling their own so that my father bought for me! I like high-performance engines N. Many people on our lake have whalers smaller, mostly 13 footers 25-50 HP motors on them. not mine! I got 70! The kid's like to race eachother and everything. People have always fun of my crappy tin boat. But im more satisfied with my whaler. I recently installed a stabilizer fin whale tail. Now its really Quick. ceiling to 48 mph. So far, I have the fastest whale. I have never lost a race with it yet. In a few weeks, I 'm going out and restore it. - Refinishing wood - add CUS headquarters
That's cool. Understand that each boat is called a speed Maximum hull. When this speed is exceeded, the boat will chine walk, and if it does not slow roll over. The fact that you get 48 mph out of it is awesome! Install a tachometer and make sure the gasket between 5400 and 5600 rpm. Make sure you continue your gear oil pump, water, candles, and fuel filters. Have fun.
