Mint Julep Mint is really and truly does not taste like alcohol.?
Disneyland used to make virgin, but now they have julep few "dumb mint" that Soda is carbonated and tastes just weird. This does not bother me if it has alcohol in it, As it is not overwhelming.
Disney's "Mint Julep" is just a soda, fresh mint. Traditional mint juleps are spearmint leaves, sugar or simple syrup, whiskey, ice and soda water. You can change the proportions to suit your tastes. A mojito is the same something with rum instead of whiskey. Using light rum reduces taste "booze" and makes it taste more like the Disney version with a kick.
