Are the Lord of the Rings difficult to read?
I am not ignorant, but some of the Lingo and names in the world of Lord of the Rings seems difficult understand and say. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
The first time it is really difficult to get through (but very useful). The hardest thing for me to get through was the Council of Elrond. There are a lot of history, that it gets incredibly monotonous. But if you jump on the songs / poetry and languages (for now, be sure to read later) and let the story go stuff it is really good and who should help you through the first time. Of course, it was a really long time since I read it myself first. And thus point, I heard my father read in its entirety several times so I knew the story well.
