always cold and strange leg bruise?

I still have cold hands, I was in Portugal recently, it was 28C and I was still in my hoody and jeans, my dad had skin hot but my hands were so cold, he barks when I touched it, im always cold all the time and wear 3 tshirts under my shirt to school. I also noticed that I do a lot of bruises on my legs, but do not remember getting hurt, there was a great purple and green on my calf the size of a can of coca base!
