Without settling in small claims court, is there another way to legally obtain the personal property?
As a favor, I allowed the individual to use my property until it no longer needs him. He no longer needs property and does not dispute the fact that I own property, but will not return my calls, or make available for me to take the property. I know that breaking and entering is not correct, but I'm not sure what I can do. Can I call the police? I feel that are not they going to do, but can act as an escort for me to pick up my property ... the thing trying to catch the individual while is at home. I have no time to stake out his house to wait. I have no physical strength to simply walk out w / Property ... There is a refrigerator. I need to rent a truck and get help to get the kit remove from refrigerator. Any suguestions w / out moving to small claims court would be appreciated.
Have proof of ownership, have the Sheriff's Department meet you where the stuff is. take your orders
