Is it legal to force someone to stay at work?

My fiance works for Coca-Cola and a few days after he finished its scheduled eight hours, they forced him to stay one move or sometimes never 24 hours straight. Of course, it is broken, but is it legal?

Sure it is legal. Unless the contract says otherwise, he works at will, meaning that the employer may dismiss him for any Why is everything. he may refuse to work beyond his regular hours, but they can fire him for it, or for no reason at all. They have to pay proper
