Do you know where I can get this done? (read description)?

I have a vintage Coca-Cola bottle cap, and I want to make it into a choker necklace. Do you know where I can get this done? Can you give me places that are all over the United States? Can you tell me how to actually do this myself? Best answer will be appreciated.
I also don't want to damage it.
