Tin Can
Is it possible to freeze the burgers in a tinfoil without it sticking?
I make burgers onion soup mix all the time and I can freeze the extras in a sheet of tin. The only problem is the tin foil stuck to the beef, making it difficult to removed before cooking. I actually remove some of these small pieces off. Ideas? Is there a better way to freeze them? Thank you in advance! Thank you for all these great answers!
to flash-freeze them first on a cookie sheet ... line it with waxed paper, place the patties Put on waxed paper in the freezer for about an hour or 2 then place patties in freezer bags .. they wont stick together and you can withdraw as much as you want ~ no paper is sticking to them * * It's Great
